Terms of Service

Raised Bed Blueprint is a digital product: six video modules and three downloadable, printable guides. There is no physical shipment. Access is delivered by email immediately after checkout and does not expire ("lifetime access"). We may add, update, or replace lessons and guides over time; lifetime access covers those updates.

The price shown at checkout is a one-time payment in US dollars. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change in the future, but a purchase locks in the price you paid.

When you buy the Course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may:

• Watch the videos and download the guides for your own household use.
• Print the guides as many times as you like for your own garden.

You may not:

• Share your login, re-sell, or give away the Course or any part of it.
• Upload, publish, or distribute the videos or guides anywhere, in whole or in part.
• Use the Course content to create a competing product.

The Course comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page. In short: if you are not happy within 60 days, email us and we will refund every cent.

The Course is for general gardening education. It is not professional advice on construction, structural engineering, soil testing, zoning, HOA rules, or health. Building a raised bed involves tools, lumber, and physical work — follow tool safety guidance and check any local rules that apply to your property. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

Gardening outcomes depend on many factors outside our control: climate, weather, soil, pests, and the work you put in. We make no guarantee that you will harvest a specific amount of food or that your results will match any example shown on this site.

Keep your login details private. If you share them and lose access as a result, we may not be able to restore it. If you believe someone else is using your account, contact us at customer.support.info.service@gmail.com.

All content in the Course — videos, guides, text, graphics, and the Raised Bed Blueprint name and logo — is owned by Raised Bed Blueprint and protected by copyright law. Your purchase licenses the content to you; it does not transfer ownership.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raised Bed Blueprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continued use of the Course after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
